As a project developer with a commercial developer for many years, involved in various civil society initiatives and as a self-employed person, I am practised in changing perspectives and have a distinct understanding of roles.
As a part-time cycling instructor at »Schulterblick – Die Radfahrschule« (Shoulder View – The Cycling School) since 2020, I have broadened this perspective for the urban space: children, young people and adults who practise cycling question the existing in a completely different way. Inviting, encouraging and inspiring from the practice of the cycling courses holds much in store for my other work.
Joint conceptualisation in action and developing ideas together into projects, as well as managing and coordinating teams professionally or contributing my share productively, that is one of my strengths as a certified manager – see also »Curation & Conception«.
Changing teams and groups of stakeholders mean constant questioning, re-integration and adaptation of cooperation – this is where I support with »Facilitation & Art of Hosting«.
