Often there is no link between different interest groups, such as the administration, city politics and civil society initiatives, or a certain amount of translation is needed between the stakeholders. As the goals are often similar, only the approaches and constraints are different.
As a project developer with a commercial developer for many years, involved in various civil society initiatives and as a self-employed person, I am practised in changing perspectives and have a distinct understanding of roles.
